註疏 Commentary
This undated, unlocated baojuan (probably Qing, northern China) tells the story of Wang lingguan 王靈官 aka Wang tianjun 王天君, and how he became assigned to Bixia yuanjun 碧霞元君 as the overseer of the pilgrims to her sacred mountains (notably Yajishan 丫髻山 and Miaofengshan 妙峰山), and enforcer of moral rules amongst them.
