- On the stele is the publication information, which is the same as in 藥師本願功德寶卷 - J74. It says that the royal concubine De 德 (Defei 德妃), surnamed Zhang 張, and the fifth princess (五公主) had donated money to draw thirty-three portraits of Buddhist and Daoist gods, carve woodblocks for the scripture Yaoshi baojuan 藥師寳卷, and print two scriptures, Wanglingguan jing 王靈官經 and Tudi jing 土地經, 100 scrolls each. The donation date is 大明嘉靖二十二年 (1543) 十二月二十五日. The woodblocks were kept in 西長安街雙塔迤西李家舖. It doesn't mention the present scripture.
