- The story of this book is similar with the caishen baojuan 財神寶卷 in 家灶財寶卷 - J106 and 金龍寶卷 - J144. The wording is different.
- 金龍寶扇 - J259 and this edition are the same edition. But in 金龍寶扇 - J259, in addition to the title page, the title "jinlong baoshan" 金龍寶扇 also appears before the main text; in this edition, the title appears only on the title page.
