According to the title page: 省城學院前聚賢堂藏版. An anonymous 1833 preface was written in the library of the salt bureau in Guangdong. The colophon gives further information: The woodblocks for the 陰隲文圖注 were once stored in Ningbo 寧波府. This edition was reprinted in Guangdong (Canton) by the 積善堂. At the time of printing, the woodblocks had been stored in the character-engraving workshop (刻字店) of the 聚賢堂 , adjacent to and on the east side （東間壁) of the 學院衙門 , in 粵省. The colophon further states that anyone wishing to have copies printed to distribute could either pay 10 fen and 5 li per item for the cost of paper and binding, or else provide the materials for printing (paper; ink?) themselves.
