This edition contains a postscript by Zhang Defang 張德方, perhaps also the author of the main text. The postscript does not contain direct information about the creation of the Putuo Baojuan, it is a 勸世文-style tract, admonishing different types of persons (scholars, drunkards, farmers etc.) to live a better life.
