註疏 Commentary
This periodical and its publisher were located in the Japanese part of Beijing after the Marco Polo Bridge Incident on the 7th of July 1937 and the Japanese occupation. This periodical was published under control of the Japanese with the belief that people across East Asia differed and were too selfish and its aim was to correct this behaviour and unite the people. It is regarded as anti-Chinese by some researchers, as it sided with the Japanese.
