Zhidao xinchuan is a text on the ideas and method of the self-cultivation practices, edited by Liu Wenbin 劉文彬 and said to be from Ge Xuan 葛玄(164-244), the famous Taoist and immortal.

Creator list: 劉文彬述記 無錫黃元炳校閱 There is a similar text in the Chongkan daozang jiyao 葛仙翁太極冲玄至道心傳 - A146, whose author is named Dong Shouzhi 董守志（1160-1238）, Daoist name Ningyangzi 凝陽子.
There are many differences between the two texts. I am still unclear about the relationship between the two.
There was indeed a Daoist priest named Liu Wenbin 劉文彬 during the Jiajing period 嘉靖 of the Ming Dynasty (about the 16th century), but I don't know if he was the author of this book.
The version in the Zangwai daoshu 葛仙翁太極沖玄至道心傳 - E94 is the text in Chongkan daozang jiyao.
