註疏 Commentary
The last chapter, entitled "祖師留經結果品第二十四", gives the background to the creation of this book. One section states when the book was written and by whom(See p469). It says that in the year 1672 (康熙壬子年), one of the 18th generation disciples of Wuming 悟明 Buddha passed this book down from Wuming 悟明.
