- The master copy was a manuscript. It was copied in 光緒癸巳 (1893) 秋杪, by 南海後學 Mai Yanfang 麥衍芳.
- 關聖帝君應驗明聖真經 - GDZ28,關帝桃園明聖經 - GDZ30,關聖帝君應驗明聖真經 - GDZ31, 桃園明聖經 - GDZ38,關聖帝君應驗桃園明聖經 - GDZ39, 關聖帝君明聖經 - H137 and the present version are different editions.
- 關聖帝君應驗桃園明聖經 - GDZ39 and 桃園明聖經 - M18 are two copies of the same edition. There are no "gaowenshi" 告文式 and "周大將軍寳誥" in 關聖帝君應驗桃園明聖經 - GDZ39, which are included in 桃園明聖經 - M18. The two and 桃園明聖經 - M17 are printed based on the same copy, but 桃園明聖經 - M17 is printed in a higher quality.
