金陵刻經處

From Chinese Religious Text Authority

The Jinling Scriptural Press 金陵刻經處 is a Buddhist woodblock publisher based in Nanjing, founded by Yang Wenhui 楊文會 (1837-1911). Its first imprint appeared in 1866 (likely 淨土四經 - DCCB2246), and a permanent home was established on Yang's estate in 1897. It provided the model for most of the Buddhist scriptural presses that followed it in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. It was also home to the China Inner Studies Centre 支那內學院, established in 1922. After being closed during the Cultural Revolution it was reopened in the 1980s and continues to operate today.
