This text is in fact a facsimile of a part of juan 2 of Liu Yuan's collection of scriptures, 經懺集成 - E379.
The Da Dong Jing, the full name of which is Taishang wuji zongzhen Wenchang dadong xianjing, is a spirit writing scripture revealed by Wenchang dijun 文昌帝君, in 1168, recorded by Liu Ansheng 劉安勝, based on the earlier Shangqing scripture. Liu Yuan 刘沅 (1768-1855), known as Qingyang Jushi 清陽居士, was the founder of the Liumen 劉門 tradition in Sichuan.
