The commentary was revealed by spirit-writing at the Liaoxianshe 了閒社, in Fuzhou 福州 (Fujian), by Lou zhenren 婁真人 (Lou Dexian 婁德先), for who we have a biography (頁350-352). This was published together with an edition of the scripture itself, 文昌大洞仙經 - E68.
