註疏 Commentary

By 1933 up to 10,000 copies of each issue were being printed, with some special issues being printed in sets of 15,000 copies. Issues ranged in size but were usually about 10 pages per issue. It was likely one of the most widely-printed Buddhist periodicals of the era.
