On the second page, it says that the carving started (開雕) in 同治十三年 (1874).

According to page 65 of the first fascicle (冊), He Hanzhang 何翰章, Wang Guoxian 王囯獻, He Linzhang 何麟章 and Lai Yanfang 賴延芳 proofread the reprint. According to the main text of Taishang ganyingpian tushuo 太上感應篇圖説, Huang Zhengyuan 黃正元 was the author of Taishang ganyingpian tushuo 太上感應篇圖説. Huang's son Leshan 樂善, grandson Wenhao 文浩 and great-grandson Baifu 百福 corrected the characters (正字). Huang's younger brother Zhenggang 正綱 did the review (參閲). Wang Longchi 王龍池 was the compiler. Wang Gao 汪膏 contributed to the publication （捐貲敬梓). Lei Renyu 雷仁育 made the commentary (點評); Mao Jinlan 毛金蘭 made the supplement and also did the proofreading (贈補恭校).
