註疏 Commentary
According to the preface, this text is a revelation of Lü Dongbin 呂洞賓 at the Xuanxian daoyuan 選仙道院, edited by Li Daoxun 李道勋.
There are thirty-six poems, four in each chapter, and the poems are followed by commentaries.
This text divides the inner alchemy into three categories: 人元，地元，天元 (heaven, earth and humanity) .
