In the preface, the title is 五聖靈經. The title in the centre of each page is 五聖真經. At the beginning of the first and third volumes (上卷 and 下卷), the title is 關聖伏魔真經. At the end of the first volume is the title of 五聖伏魔真經. At the beginning of the second volume (中卷) there are titles of 五聖經 and 伏魔開化慈航度人治世靈經.
