This is the Daozang jiyao edition of the canonical (Daozang) work DZ25.
Yuanshi tianzun shuo dedao liaoshen jing 元始天尊說得道了身經, translated by John Lagerwey as "Pronouncement of the Heavenly Worthy of the Primordial Beginning on Obtaining the Tao and Understanding the Body") was a Daoist text of unknown authorship focusing on teaching the 全真大道 ("Quan zhen da dao", lit. The Great Way of Complete Perfection).
The main body of 元始天尊說得道了身經 consists of alchemical terminology, which should serve to explain to adepts the fundamental principles and process of understanding the body and obtaining the Great Way of Complete Perfection.

The opening lines borrow heavily from a short Tang dynasty text 元始天尊說生天得道經 (Yuan shi tian zun shuo sheng tian de dao jing). Echoing this, an alternate title for 元始天尊說得道了身經 named in the text itself is 生天得道全真了身經 (Sheng tian de dao quan zhen liao shen jing), which again evokes the Tang text.
