國光印書局
From Chinese Religious Text Authority
The Guoguang Printing Company 國光印書局 was founded in around 1914 in Shanghai, and printed a large number of works over the next few decades, including dozens of religious books. They printed the Shenghuo 生活 weekly newspaper. In the early 1930s they were also cited as simply 國光書局 (eg. in 佛門之孝經 - DCCB0747, 1930). Little firm information about this company is available.

- Founded in 1914 by Tang Pinmei 唐品梅 (字雲圃), had experience working at 文明書局, with help from elder brother Tang Pinzhang 唐品章(字文圃), Xu Xusheng 徐叙生, and Qiao Yuting 喬雨亭
- Academia Historica has a series of 印刷業工廠調查表 compiled in 1947, one volume mentions 喬雨亭
- Elder brother Tang Pinzhang takes over direction of the company from 1925
- In 1934, reported to have a capitalization of 20,000 yuan; see 中國經濟年鑑, (K)813

- In 1935 Tang Pinzhang dies, direction of the company is taken over by his son Tang Jianyu 唐鑒虞 (字書麟,學名彦宾)
