In the preface, the title is 大聖五公轉天圖救劫真經懺. At the begining of the first volume (上卷), the title is 大聖五公菩薩演説轉天圖救劫真經. At the end of the first volume, the title is 五公祖師演説轉天圖形首妙經. At the begining of the second volume （中卷), the title is 大聖五公演説轉天圖形首妙經. At the end of the second volume, the title is 轉天圖形首妙經.

- The content of this book is similar to the first part of 五公天閣妙經 - H147.
- In 大聖五公經 - W8 there are also two scriptures, Tiantujing天圖經 and Wugong xinshuo jiujie baochan五公新說救劫寳懺, just like in the present edition. The content of the Tiantujing is similar in both, but the wording is different. The texts of Wugong xinshuo baochan五公新說寳懺 in both editions are the same.
