In the centre of each page, the title is 幽冥傳. At the beginning of the main text, the title is 目連救母幽冥寶傳.

There is a date on the title page, but one of the numbers is unclear: 光緒? 十四年秋望刊. The year may be 光緒二十四年 (1898) or 光緒三十四年 (1908). However, a preface was written in 1899. Therefore, the date of publication should be 1908.
