Creator list: 妙正真人婁近垣三臣重輯 徒惠遠镆虛中校
Lou Jinyuan 婁近垣（1689-1776）was a Daoist priest highly valued by the Yongzheng Emperor 雍正. He studied at Mount Longhu and was later appointed as 龍虎山提點 and 欽安殿住持. In his later years, he also served as the 東岳廟住持.
Compared to the 龍虎山志 - K95, this one contains more documents in the section Yiwen 藝文, and its structure is more in line with that of standard gazetteers.
This text also developed the late Ming Xuxiu Longhu shan zhi sanjuan 續修龍虎山志三卷 of Zhang Guoxiang 張國祥 and Zhang Xianyong 張顯庸.
龍虎山志 - DGZ41 and 龍虎山志 - E177 are the original 1740 edition. This 1832 reprint seems to be from the same blocks, with only an added 1832 postface.
