註疏 Commentary
Xuanmiao guan zhi 玄元觀志 is a twelve-fascicle (juan) gazetteer about the 玄妙觀 in Suzhou 蘇州, edited by Gu Huan 顧浣, known as Gu Xiangzhou 顧湘舟, in 1831 and re-published in 1927.
Because of the Qing taboo on Kangxi's name, it is called Yuanmiaoguan zhi 元妙觀志 in Qing editions.
This edition in Sandong shiyi is the same as the one in Zangwai daoshu 重印玄妙觀志 – E186, but it begins with a preface, 重印元妙觀志序 of 蔣炳章（1864-1930）. According to this preface, this text was edited by Gu Xiangzhou in 1831 with thirteen fascicles, published in 1832, but it was later damaged by the war. The historian Wang Peizheng 王佩諍 (1888-1969) obtained the book and reorganized it in 1926.
