Publication information is given on the stele on the last page. It says that in 1585 (萬曆十三年) people from three prefectures, Dingxi 定西, Yongkang 永康 and Anxiang 安鄉, contributed to the reprinting of this text. Slowly the woodblocks were worn out. Then in 1604 (萬曆三十二年) a man called Dachengzi 大乘子 donated money to carve a new version based on the old one.
