Lingbao bi fa is a work of inner alchemy, attributed to Zhongli Quan 鐘離權 and his disciple Lü Dongbin 呂洞賓, the two famous Daoist immortals.

註疏 Commentary
There are a few differences between the version in the Sandong shiyi and the version in the Zhengtong Daozang (秘傳正陽真人靈寶畢法, DZ1191), such as the title of each chapter, and some passages.
This text belongs to the Zhong Lü tradition 鐘呂 of Daoist Neidan, and its methods and goals are divided into three levels, the first for health and longevity, the second for not dying, and the third for becoming an immortal.
